The Royal School of Library and Information Science
The Royal School of Library and Information Science is a Danish institution responsible for education and research in the field of library and information science. The total number of students enrolled at the institution Science is about 1,000. The School has some 70 full-time academic staff distributed between three in-house departments: Information Studies, Library and Information Management, and Culture and Media.
The School's Consultancy Department offers a full-scale advice and consultancy service covering every aspect of library and information science. The library of the School of is a key specialist library with national responsibility for the library and information science field. Although primarily serving academic staff and students, it is also open to the general public.
