Create and Multicom agree to merge
The resulting company, under the name Create Group, starts with 85 personnel and expects turnover of more than 6 million euro in 2005.

According to the electronics new service Rapidus, it is planned that the number of employees will increase to around 100 by the end of this year. The new company’s plans also include geographical expansion in the Swedish market.
The consulting assignments will continue to be carried out under the names Create and Multicom, which will become subsidiaries of the new Create Group.
Both Create and Multicom are located in Lund. Create started operations four years ago and Multicom was founded in 1962. Nokia, Ericsson, Teleca, Bombardier Transportation, ABB, Gambro, AstraZeneca and Ferring are among their customers.
