The alliance will form northern Europe's strongest coalition for CRO in proteomics, combining Ludesi's internationally acknowledged software for proteome informatics and systems biology with Alphalyse's protein separation technology and ultra-sensitive protein identification and characterization. The agreement is meant to address the mounting need for biomarker discovery projects in pharmaceutical industry today.
Lund-based Ludesi is a software firm in the proteomics sector. The company develops and offers software for proteome informatics and systems biology, enabling pharmaceutical companies across the globe to significantly raise their quality of research and cut development costs.
The Danish Alphalyse is an international Contract Research Organization (CRO) that provides proteomic services and solutions to the life science research community.
