Cross-border CAD cooperation Joint venture agreement between Danish NTI CADCenter and Swedish Technical Microsystems creates one of Europe’s largest AutoDesk agents.

According to the terms of the agreement, Danish NTI CADCenter has acquired a block of shares of Swedish Technical Microsystems, which is present in Lund, Helsingborg and Kristianstad. Both companies are Autodesk System Centres and Authorized Training Centres. Together, they will have 60 employees.
“We see this agreement as a unique opportunity to achieve a synergy effect on two markets that look each other very much,” says Jesper Kalko, CEO at NTI CADcenter. ”This alliance make us an important player in the entire Øresund Region,” adds Torbjörn Jansson, VD at Technical Microsystems.
