The software company Etiro owns advanced technology and competences that have been used for advanced e-learning systems. Based in Greater Copenhagen, Etiro delivers a suite of professional software products for the e-learning industry.
Also based in Greater Copenhagen, Danware plans to combine Etiro’s technology to improve the functionality of its product NetOp School and to develop more tools for computer-based teaching. The acquisition price is expected to be approximately 471,000 euro.
Danware develops and markets software products based on the NetOp technology, which enables transfer of screen images, sound and data between two or more computers. Danware’s products are sold in more than 80 countries.
