IT merger lands in Copenhagen Cybertrust, the result of a merger of American Betrust and Truesecure and Belgium Ubizen, has opened a regional office for Scandinavia and the Baltics in Copenhagen.

None of the three mergers behind Cybertrust has had a sales office in Scandinavia before. The new company is the world's largest privately held information security firm, with 1,000 employees, 4,000 clients worldwide and 120 million euro in annual revenue.
The new company blends expertise in security intelligence, services and technology to assist large enterprises and governments with information security and compliance issues.
Copenhagen Capacity, one of the organisations behind Øresund IT, has assisted Cybertrust with information about issues such as labour market and retirement conditions in Denmark.
