Benima acquires Lentech Denmark The move is Benima’s second incursion in the Danish market this year.

Benima, Teleca’s arm specialising in industrial IT and automation, has signed an agreement to receive by subscription 80% of the shares in the Danish company Lentech, which has a staff of ten people. The agreement also grants Benima the option to purchase the remaining 20% of Lentech’s shares.
The acquisition is part of Benima’s strategy to increase its market share in the Nordic region and also a way of increasing its overall presence in Europe.
Early this year Benima acquired another Danish company NewCon, which, similarly to Lentech, is specialised in industrial IT and automation.
With its staff of 500 Benima is the Nordic region’s largest supplier-independent consulting company in the area of industrial IT and automation. Benima already has offices in Copenhagen and Randers in Denmark.
