Rezet offers content (games, sound and images) for mobile handsets to operators, distributors of services and portals. The acquisition is financed with more than 3.8 million shares in Daydream and is part of the company’s strategy of becoming a leading actor within mobile gaming.

”Rezet has established an impressive distribution network for sales and distribution of mobile services that fits very well into our strategy of developing and selling our own gaming products. Furthermore, Rezet has a large portfolio of mobile games that will have a positive impact on Daydreams business and financial performance,” said Peter Levin, Chairman of the Board of Daydream.

Rezet has distribution agreements with approximately 26 operators and service distributors in Europe. The company also owns the right to develop games upon the brand ”Happy Tree Friends” and has newly finished the development of its own game ”Blow Cow”, which has received high ranking amongst leading mobile gaming portals.

“Daydream is a well recognized game developer with edge competence within the area. Together we will have the strength to produce and distribute quality content for mobile handsets,” said Mads V. Jörgensen, CEO at Rezet.
