“The new joint venture will result in a tripling of Groupcare’s development resources”, says Esben Elmøe, CEO at Groupcare. As a consequence, he expects that the company will be ready to launch a new version of the Groupcare’s software in a year.

Prior to the present cooperation agreement, Groupcare visited more than 20 Bangladeshi companies and Datasoft was chosen among some companies that took part in a test project.

Headquartered in Copenhagen, Groupcare supplies web-based collaborative tools and develops intuitive and user-friendly collaborative tools for extranet, intranet, project management and virtual network. In Denmark, more than 85 companies and 450,000 users communicate and collaborate via Groupcare's software. Customers include Novo Nordisk, Foss and The Municipality of Copenhagen.
