Merger creates IP telephony giant The two TDC owned companies TDC Internordia and Dotcom are set to merge within two weeks. Together they will create a new company with over 850 employees.

TDC recently acquired the Swedish communication consultants Dotcom for approximately 350 million Swedish crowns. One of the reasons was the possibility of merging the company with other businesses within the TDC ownership and to enter the Swedish market through that.
The choice became TDC Internordia as both of the companies work with IP telephony and wireless, local networks. Organisational issues have taken some time but the first of October the new, unnamed, company will be formed, according to NyTeknik.
Lars Glarborg, current CEO of Internordia, is set to become the new company's temporary CEO.
