Telsome acquires IP Danmark and goes international Danish Telsome has bought IP Danmark in order to expand internationally within the IP telephony sector.

- IP Danmark has good sales within the business sector abroad and we are aiming to expand our IP telephony solution in Denmark together with our other products. Also, it gives us a good starting point for European ventures, says Brian Smith, director of sales at Telsome to Computerworld.
IP Danmark offers solutions for IP telephony, mainly aimed at businesses. The company has had several offers but considered Copenhagen based Telsome´s offer to be the most interesting. IP Danmark’s success abroad will hopefully act as a spring board for Telsome´s plans of international expansion.
According to Brian Smith, Telsome has over 10 000 customers, of which 1500 are businesses.
