Øresund - Gateway to Sweden Danish software company i-Seven’s successful subsidiary in Malmö has motivated the company to push on and prepare for an establishment in Stockholm.

“Our intent has always been to span all of Scandinavia. Since establishing a subsidiary in Malmö has proven to be easier than expected, we are pushing on to Stockholm”, says Sales Manager Folke Ørsted at i-Seven to news service Rapidus.
i-Seven develops products based on standards for IBM’s platforms Lotus Notes/Domino and Web Sphere/Workplace. They have headquarters in Herlev outside Copenhagen. In 2005, the need to provide support locally to Swedish customers and partners spurred the establishment of the subsidiary in Malmö.
The preparation for the expansion in Stockholm has begun and will build on experiences gained from establishing a subsidiary in Malmö. i-Seven are now looking for local partners to collaborate with and close contacts with IBM in the Stockholm area are already made.
