About 40 000 order lines are processed daily at Arla’s largest facility in Sweden.

The voice controlled system enables the 150 workers to move freely around the warehouse, while being guided through a wireless headset as where to go, what to pick and in what quantities. The system keeps control of the tasks performed as pickers communicate with the system confirming the assignments they perform during the day.

“We are convinced that there are many more warehouses that can benefit from this solution,” concludes Pernilla Brodd.
