Embedit to be acquired Data Respons has taken the next step in becoming a major player in Europe’s embedded solution market by acquiring Danish market leader Embedit for 30 million DKK.

Norwegian Data Respons will be in leading position in the embedded solutions market in Denmark by acquiring the company, and a step closer to their vision of leadership on a European level.
“I think we have the best possible circumstances to succeed. Data Respons and Embedit both focus on customized embedded solutions and are characterized by a high level of technology expertise,” says CEO and founder Tommy Andersen at Embedit, in a press release.
“Embedit will raise Data Respons' expertise as well as shift us from our current position as challenger to a leading player within the embedded market in Denmark. Embedit complements Data Respons well and will contribute heavily to the strong growth rate we are experiencing in Denmark,” says CEO Kenneth Ragnvaldsen, Data Respons.
Embedit A/S was founded in 2000 and is based in the Øresund region. The company has a total of 35 employees.
