Mondo to acquire Aqcel IT-services business Mondo becomes Denmark’s largest Microsoft CRM development business by acquiring Danish Aqcel for 60 million DKK.

Aqcel is an IT-outsourcing and development business with centres in Ukraine and Pakistan. It is also a major supplier of Microsoft’s CRM-solution.
”The Aqcel-group is a perfect fit for Mondo. Most of all, we will have over 300 highly qualified IT-workers in Ukraine, Pakistan and Denmark. Our customers will benefit from new competences that are difficult to come by in Denmark and Scandinavia given the strong growth within our line of business,” says CEO Anders Chr. Andersen, Mondo A/S, in a press release.
Mondo has head quarters in the Øresund region and will with the acquisition expand from 80 to over 300 employees.
